Scott: Been exploring the world of natural foods, holistic health, and healing for over 20 years. Managed at many of the best natural food stores in the country. As a classically natural trained chef I have cooked nurturing healing foods and baked goods for the NYC palette. Now I am battling my way into a career in Nursing where I hope to eventually become a Holistic Health Nurse Practitioner or an evidenced based researcher. It is difficult and sometimes miraculous to witness what takes place in our health care system. I hope to make a change in this system. Together we can make prevention a prescription!
